Pulses and lentils are rich in iron, calcium, magnesium,protein, fiber, folate, zinc and potassium. Pulse is the best way to get all the necessary nutrients for all body systems,, including the immune system. Lentils also comprises of petrochemicals, plant compounds that help fight your child's fight against chronic illnesses.
